Balloons are shipped flat and come packaged individually with a straw to be inflated by you with only air and will not float with helium.
Balloons are self healing. Do not overfill.
Each letter has built in tabs for easy hanging on provided twine.
Balloons can not be deflated manually, but can be refilled and used over and over again.
