Return & Refunds
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please email service@bracebelden.com quoting your order number and reason for the return within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a Returns Number and full instructions on how to return all or part of your order.
We are unable to process returns without a valid Returns Number. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. We advise choosing a trackable service that covers the cost of your goods.
